New  Delhi Online Desk. CSIR NET Exam (CSIR NET 2022) is an important update for the candidates who are waiting to start the registration process for the exam. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the registration process for the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) National Eligibility Test (NET) exam. NTA has activated the link on the portal on the official website csirnet.nta.nic.in. Candidates applying for this exam should note that the last date for registration is January 2, 2022. Candidates may note that they can apply online on this date night at 11:50 pm. Applicants will not be given a second chance after the last date has passed.

Candidates should note that application can be accepted through online mode only. Candidates should also note that the last date to pay the application fee is January 3, 2022. The CSIR NET 2022 exam is scheduled to be held on January 29, February 5 and February 6, 2022 respectively.

This exam will be conducted offline in two shifts from 9 am to 12 noon and 3 pm to 6 pm. Candidates should note that NTA will conduct the CSIR NET 2022 exam with strict adherence to the COVID- 19 protocol.

CSIR NET 2022: How to apply for the exam

Aspirants who have filled the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) National Eligibility Test (NET) Exam Form firstly visit the official website csirnet.nta.nic.in. Then click on the link available on the homepage which reads, “Fill Joint CSIR UGC NET June 2021 Registration Form”. Fill in the details required to complete the registration process. Apply by using the credentials like Application Number, Password and Security Pin Log in to the form. Pay the application fee, click on 'Submit' and download the application form. Also, take a print of the submitted application form for any future reference.
