In fact, many states had opened schools and colleges across the country for a long time keeping them closed. Although the decision has been reshuffled with ups and downs in the cases, but now suddenly in view of the increasing cases of corona in the country, the Haryana government once again decided to close schools and colleges. All these schools have been closed till 26 January. So that students will be safe in their homes. Let us tell you, before Haryana, a decision has been taken to close the school-college along with the weekend lockdown in the neighboring state of Delhi.

Haryana Chief Minister says:

Taking the decision to close all schools and colleges in Haryana till January 26, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar said that, "Online classes will continue to run smoothly during this period." Let us tell you, the cases of corona are increasing rapidly in Haryana and a total of 5,166 new cases were reported on Sunday. According to the state government, out of these total cases, 2,338 cases have been reported from Gurugram district alone. Whereas, 13 new cases of Omicron variants were reported from Haryana on Sunday.

It is worth noting that before Haryana, schools up to class 12 in Rajasthan have also been declared closed till January 30. The Rajasthan government had also announced a curfew on Sunday, restricting market hours and limiting the seating capacity of restaurants, along with shutting down all urban areas of the state by imposing several restrictions.
